For the security of your account and in conjunction with policies, you are required to verify your identification by attaching both of the items below to your INITIAL TICKET ( or WITHIN THE SAME EMAIL):
- A photo of a identity document (Valid ID, Driver's License or Passport) showing the matching details indicated in the above fields;
- A selfie photo with you holding your identity document and a piece of paper with today's current date written on it (in 1 take)
Once we have received the necessary documents, we can work towards a resolution.
