Accounts that have completed the Account Verification process are eligible to be transferred. Account Transfers incur a $75 administration and processing fee.
Accounts or Accountholders who have not completed the Account Verification process are ineligible from transferring their account. Submissions by non-verified accounts or accountholders will be closed and rejected.
If you have both requirements in place, please fill out all fields and your username in the format below:

**Username changes are not allowed!
For the security of your account and in conjunction with policies, you are required to verify your identification by attaching both of the items below to your INITIAL TICKET ( or WITHIN THE SAME EMAIL):
- Legible copy or photo of the Current Accountholder/Owner's valid, government-issued identification document (Valid ID, Driver's License or Passport) that match your account details (as indicated above fields).
- A Selfie Photo with you holding your visibly legible identification document and a piece of paper with today's current date written on it (in 1 take)
- Legible copy or photo of a valid, government-issued identification document (Valid ID, Driver's License or Passport) showing the matching details indicated in the above fields of the New Accountholder/ Owner.
Once we have received the necessary documents, we can work towards a resolution.
