How to Upgrade your Pack

Welcome to this step-by-step guide on upgrading your NVisionU pack! Whether you're aiming for more benefits or a tailored experience, we've got you covered. Let's get started!

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

Begin by logging into your NVisionU account.

Step 2: Access Account Management

After logging in, click on the account icon. Alternatively, access Account Management directly using this link: https://nvisionu.com/en-us/account-management.

Step 3: Click "Upgrade Your Pack"

Within Account Management, spot the "Upgrade Your Pack" button and click it.

Step 4: Choose Your Upgrade Option

Depending on your current level:

Core users can ascend to Essential or Premier.
Essential users can level up to Premier.
Premier users and those without a purchased pack won't see the upgrade button.

Step 5: Select Your Desired Pack

Pick the pack you aspire to upgrade to and click "Next."

Step 6: Digital Upgrade? Choose Additional Courses

If opting for a digital upgrade, you can select additional courses based on these rules:

1 course from digital core to digital essential.
4 courses from digital core to digital premier.
3 courses from digital essential to digital premier.

Step 7: Upgrade to a Product Pack

For those upgrading to a product pack, you'll receive the value difference between your current and upgraded packs.

Step 8: SmartShip Setup

At this stage, configure your SmartShip:

Choose from recommended packs.

Create a customized bundle with sprays and Alive (for US users).

Personalize Quantities: Mix it up by choosing different quantities for each product. Remember, a minimum of 3 sprays or 1 Alive is needed, along with any number of sprays.

Set SmartShip Date: Pick a date for your upcoming SmartShip delivery.

Step 9: Proceed to Checkout

Ready to proceed? Click "Proceed to Checkout."

Step 10: Complete Your Payment

Follow the prompts to finalize your payment.
