How to Update My Account and Billing Information

If you need to update your shipping address, change your billing information, or adjust other settings in your NVisionU account, follow this straightforward guide.

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

Log in to the NVisionU website and navigate to the Settings menu. This area allows you to view and modify all your account details. 





Step 2: Update Your Shipping Address 

Within the Settings menu, select the option to update your shipping address. Here, you can enter a new address within the registered country and save it to update your account. Remember, this will become the default address for all future orders unless you change it during checkout. 



Step 3: Change Your Billing Address 

Since billing address changes require assistance, you'll need to contact customer support. Click on Contact Support in the Settings menu to open a ticket for help with updating your billing information. 



Step 4: Update Your Password 

Find the Password section in the Settings menu. Click on it and follow the prompts to securely update your password. 



Step 5: Set Your Preferred Language 

In the Settings menu, click on the Language section. Select from the available options to set your preferred language for the account interface. 



Step 6: Manage Your Payment Methods 

Navigate to the Credit Cards section to view all linked payment methods. You can add a new card using the secure form provided. Note that credit cards linked to a SmartShip order, marked with a star icon, cannot be removed unless SmartShip settings are modified.
