How Statuses Work

In this tutorial, we'll explore the different account statuses within NVisionU's platform. Let's delve into each status and what it means for you.

Active Status: An account in good standing, following all requirements is in this status. For Visionary Builders, this means the account has an active Visionary Builder kit and a minimum of 50 CV monthly order and no action is required. Customers who place their order at least once every three months will also be considered as Active customers.
Pending Information: This status applies to new Visionary Builders. They must log in to confirm address and payout preferences.
Pending VB Requirement: For Visionary Builders only. If your account isn't in good standing due to a missed order or an expired Visionary Builder kit, you will need to place an order of minimum 50 CV and a Visionary Builder kit. 
Inactive Status: An account that hasn't placed an order for several months will become Inactive. An inactive customer or Visionary Builder can place an order at anytime to become active again.
Pre Enroll: This status applies when a new customer signed up but has not placed any order yet. The account status will be set to Pre Enroll status until an order is placed.
In Review: If your account is in review status for any reason, simply reach out to customer support at support.nvisionu.com for assistance.
