In this tutorial, you'll learn how to efficiently manage your orders and SmartShip settings on the NVisionU platform. Let's begin!

Step 1: Access Your Orders
After logging into your NVisionU account, click on Manage Orders under the My Orders section. This will display all your current orders and SmartShips.
Step 2: Review Order History and Statuses
On the orders page, you can view your entire order history and the status of each order. If an order did not process correctly, you have the option to click Rerun to attempt processing it again.
Step 3: View and Repurchase Orders
For each order, you can see the QV (Qualifying Volume) or CV (Commissionable Volume) and access the order confirmation page by clicking View Order. If you wish to repurchase a paid order, click Buy Again to add the item directly to your shopping bag.
Step 4: Track Your Orders
From the order details, you can also track the delivery status of your orders.
Step 5: Manage Your SmartShips
Click on Manage SmartShip to view and modify your existing SmartShips. Here, you can cancel old SmartShips or add new ones as needed.
Step 6: Add a New SmartShip
To set up a new SmartShip, click Create New SmartShip, select the product you want, choose the delivery date, and click Add to Bag. You will then select your payment method and shipping address to finalize the SmartShip schedule.
Step 7: Modify SmartShip Products
If you need to change a product in your SmartShip, simply remove the current item by clicking Remove and add a different product to the SmartShip.
Step 8: Navigate SmartShip Settings
Once you have made any changes, click Back to return to the previous screen. Your updated SmartShips will be visible in your order history window.
